This boutique hotel offers a charming experience with a beautiful Georgian architecture. The location is prime, right in the heart of Chichester, making it easy to explore cultural attractions. While the breakfast was generally good, there were moments of disorganization in service. My room was pleasant but could use a few upgrades for a more modern feel. Overall, it provided a nice stay at a reasonable price, though the staff's attentiveness varied.

My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing compared to my experiences at other Harbour Hotels. While the location is fantastic and the decor is lovely, the service and breakfast left much to be desired. The room I stayed in was too cramped and not well-maintained, and the breakfast service was poorly executed, overshadowing an otherwise charming atmosphere.

Rooms
5.0
I found my room cramped with limited space to move around, despite the nice decor. The bed was also much too high, making it uncomfortable to get in and out.
Service
5.0
The service seemed overwhelmed, especially during breakfast where my husband's order was delayed and incorrect, leading to a frustrating experience.

I had a lovely experience at this hotel, with its beautiful decor and perfect location near the Pallant House Gallery. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was a highlight. However, the service during some peak times was a bit slow, and I did notice the room cleanliness could have been improved. Overall, a charming place to stay, especially for a cultural getaway.

The room was nicely appointed, although there were some cleanliness issues, particularly with dust and hair. Rating: 6/10

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Chichester, making it easy to explore the local attractions. The room I stayed in was decent with ample storage but had some dated features which was unexpected for a superior room. Although the staff were generally kind, the service could definitely use some improvement, especially during busy times. The breakfast was satisfactory but nothing remarkable, leaving a bit to be desired.

Rooms
6.0
The room was of a decent size with good storage, but the bathroom felt outdated and the shower pressure left something to be desired.

Service was inconsistent; while staff were friendly, they seemed overwhelmed at times, especially during breakfast, resulting in slow service.
Location
9.0
Located right in the center of Chichester, it was perfect for visiting local attractions like the theatre and the cathedral.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was fine, with a variety of options, but the service could have been quicker and more organized.
Facilities

The hotel had a nice ambience and offered access to a clean spa area, though the treatments I wanted were unavailable during my stay.

7.2/10

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with a great spa and charming decor, but several aspects need improvement. The lift is outdated and somewhat concerning, and the bathroom facilities could use upgrades as well. Breakfast is delightful with a range of options. Overall, it has potential but feels overpriced given some of the shortcomings.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were quite small and had a somewhat cluttered design, which was disappointing given the price. However, the bathrooms were larger and clean.
Service
7.0
Service was friendly, though at times it felt overwhelmed, especially during busy hours. The staff did their best to rectify issues when they arose.
Location
9.0
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the center of Chichester, making it convenient for exploring the town.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was a highlight, with a solid selection that kept us well-fed. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we had to wait longer than expected to place our orders.
Facilities
6.0
The spa facilities looked appealing and had great potential, but I encountered issues such as the lift and shower quality that detracted from the overall experience.
