Reviews and Ratings
This boutique hotel offers a charming experience with a beautiful Georgian architecture. The location is prime, right in the heart of Chichester, making it easy to explore cultural attractions. While the breakfast was generally good, there were moments of disorganization in service. My room was pleasant but could use a few upgrades for a more modern feel. Overall, it provided a nice stay at a reasonable price, though the staff's attentiveness varied.
My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing compared to my experiences at other Harbour Hotels. While the location is fantastic and the decor is lovely, the service and breakfast left much to be desired. The room I stayed in was too cramped and not well-maintained, and the breakfast service was poorly executed, overshadowing an otherwise charming atmosphere.
I had a lovely experience at this hotel, with its beautiful decor and perfect location near the Pallant House Gallery. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was a highlight. However, the service during some peak times was a bit slow, and I did notice the room cleanliness could have been improved. Overall, a charming place to stay, especially for a cultural getaway.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Chichester, making it easy to explore the local attractions. The room I stayed in was decent with ample storage but had some dated features which was unexpected for a superior room. Although the staff were generally kind, the service could definitely use some improvement, especially during busy times. The breakfast was satisfactory but nothing remarkable, leaving a bit to be desired.
The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with a great spa and charming decor, but several aspects need improvement. The lift is outdated and somewhat concerning, and the bathroom facilities could use upgrades as well. Breakfast is delightful with a range of options. Overall, it has potential but feels overpriced given some of the shortcomings.
